This detached bungalow is set in an elite residential road in the town of Topsham and is set behind impressive wooden gates. Being close to the Exeter Chiefs rugby ground, makes this a great base for weekend breaks in this glorious county. Perfect for nature lovers with walks to explore and the RSPB Reserve nearby that is home to many water birds. Take the passenger ferry across the Exe estuary for a pleasant walk and bite to eat at one of two idyllic waterside pubs, the Goat walk beside the River Exe offers splendid views and sunsets. This newly refurbished property completed in 2018 is approached via wooden gates. Stepping into the property through the porch into the entrance hall, with the kitchen and conservatory/breakfast room in front of you, well fitted and equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
