Located in an ever popular part of North Cornwall, you will be just a three minute drive from the beautiful sandy beach of Widemouth Bay and eight minutes from the vibrant coastal town of Bude, busy all year round and boasting plenty of shops and restaurants, an 18 hole links golf course, sport and leisure centre, bowling greens, coarse and sea fishing, a choice of beachs and beautiful clifftop walks. The picturesque fishing village of Port Isaac, with fine local cuisine and famed for its association with Doc Martin lies to the west, as does ever popular Padstow and Newquay. Other places of interest accessible from here include King Arthur s castle, The Eden Project, Crealy Adventure Park, Bodmin Moor, and numerous National Trust properties and gardens, such as Lanhydrock. Stepping into the delightfully beamed two storey barn conversion you will immediately find yourself in a light and cosy open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Shared on site leisure facilities within about 20 acres of private woodland and farmland include an indoor tennis court, pool table, table tennis, giant outdoor chess,river trout and coarse lake fishing, woodland walks and a kite flying field.
