Secluded converted henhouse set in the Brecon Beacons National Park. Country and mountain walks are right on your doorstep, with the Sugar Loaf and Skirrid providing an amazing backdrop. Visit the historic town of Abergavenny with an eclectic mix of shops, pubs and restaurants, with regular food festivals and markets three miles. Interesting days out at Blaenavon Iron Works and The Big Pit or perhaps try star gazing at the Brecon Beacons Visitor Centre. Nearby you can visit galleries, museums and historic castles at Grosmont, White Castle and Raglan. Plenty of activities to enjoy including riding, golf, kayaking on the Usk and Wye or a visit to Hay on Wye, the town of books, which is within easy reach. On entering the property, the interior is a wonderful surprise with a light and airy feel, achieved with a contemporary finish following a conversion in 2017. Enter into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, the double height ceiling adds to the spacious feel of this impressive family room. KEEPING CLEAN: There are three en suite rooms with WC, one wet room with WC, one shower room and one bathroom, both with a WC. Towels are provided for your stay. An adjustable height shower seat and an adjustable height toilet frame and seat are available for the wet room OUTSIDE : Outside there is a large enclosed garden with tables and seating. There is ample private parking available. PETS : This property welcomes up to two well behaved dogs who get along well with other canine guests. This is due to the shared boundary with the adjacent apartment.
