This converted property features panoramic views of the River Taw and is ideally located, allowing guests to explore the attractions of North Devon. The market town of Barnstaple is a short drive away from the house, with shops, cinema, pubs, restaurants and a theatre for guests to visit. The North Devon coast is also within easy reach, surfers and sunbathers alike can enjoy the sandy beaches of Croyde, Saunton Sands and Westward Ho! The wilds of Exmoor are a favourite with hikers, with many walks for them to choose from. For a family day out, guests can visit The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, Arlington Court, RHS Rosemoor and Tapeley Park. The property has an upside down layout with the lounge/diner and kitchen located upstairs. The lounge/diner has a Smart TV, panoramic views over the river and doors leading out on the balcony with a seating area. The dining area has a table and seating for eight.
