This stylish Edwardian villa is set in a quiet spot minutes from the centre of Gillingham, Dorset s most northerly town. Bordering both Wiltshire and Somerset and with direct rail links from London, this popular town offers something for everyone, with a good selection of pubs, cafes and shops close at hand along with a leisure centre with swimming pool nearby. Spend an afternoon browsing around town or take a trip to nearby Shaftesbury, home to the famous Gold Hill. Set within rolling pastureland known as the Blackmore Vale, there are an abundance of routes suitable for walking and riding winding through this picturesque landscape. With plenty of attractions to keep you entertained including Stourhead House and Gardens, Salisbury Cathedral, The Longleat Estate, Stonehenge and Haynes Motor Museum within easy reach. It is ideal for couples or small families looking to explore the stunning Dorset coastline with a huge variety of attractions and amenities nearby including Poole, The Jurassic Coast, Lulworth Cove, Weymouth, Portland and Abbotsbury, to name a few. The golden beaches at Bournemouth, Sandbanks, Shell Bay and Swanage are all a convenient drive away, as are Corfe Castle, Monkey World, the Bovington Tank Museum and Dorchester.
