Drive the 12 miles down to the unspoilt coastal village of Coverack where you may be lucky enough to spot a dolphin or two frolicking in the sea. Also, visit the interesting seal sanctuary nearby in Gweek where you can meet some new marine friends. The National Trust's Lizard Point is a 14-mile drive away and makes for a great family day out.
