The barn is ideally placed for those wishing to explore the Jurassic Coast and the area s abundance of pretty towns and villages. Adjoining a second similar barn, a private pathway and three steps lead up to the main entrance. Enter into the spacious hallway with WC and separate utility room with washer/dryer, which leads into the bright and airy lounge/diner. The inviting lounge area has a wood burner making it the perfect place to unwind in front of the TV or watch a DVD after a day spent exploring. Leading on from here, is the stylish kitchen area which is well equipped with luxury appliances, including a range style electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Located directly outside the barn, it s the ideal spot for a meal alfresco. To the rear of the property, accessed via a hallway on the ground floor, there is a communal courtyard and children's play area shared with one other property. There is off road parking for four cars within the adjacent parking area.
