Located within the Yorkshire Dales National Park close to the quaint and beautiful village of Dent. Explore the picturesque village of Sedbergh a short drive away leading on further to the Lake District. Ideally positioned to explore the wonders that this area has to offer from hiking to Whernside one of the famous Yorkshire three Peaks or you could try your hand at fishing in the nearby river. A short drive from the M6 you can easily access the northern lakes exploring the Ullswater Glenridding and the Patterdale valleys with a variety of quality restaurants pubs and shops to explore and within easy access to the Lakes and beyond. Enter the converted ground-floor barn apartment with wooden beams and flagstone floors. To your left you will find the king-size bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room and WC. The bedroom window in this room is enhanced by an original stable door making it a wonderful feature. Moving along the corridor you enter the open-plan light and spacious lounge/kitchen/diner with windows overlooking the orchard and hills beyond the kitchen area is equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave washing machine and fridge/freezer the dining area has a table which seats four and is adjacent to the kitchen area. The lounge area is spacious and comfortable with Sky TV and wood burner which makes this a wonderful area to relax in or just snuggle up and watch TV. Heading outside of the property you have a shared garden area which offers a table and chairs orchard area pond and large lawn ideal for warm summer days and alfresco dining.
