Visit Portmeirion Village and Gardens, the Ynys Hir RSPB reserve, or the pretty waterfall at Dolgoch Falls. Nearby Aberdovey offers a championship golf course, water sport activities from the harbour, shops, galleries and eateries. Enjoy culinary delights, independent shops and a host of events in and around the area. A relaxing break, coastal adventure or action packed holiday is all within your grasp. As soon as you open the door the original charm embraces you with flagstone floors, stone walls and a large feature fireplace with wood burner. Kick off your boots and hang your coats on anchor hooks by the door. The lounge/kitchen is light and airy with a comfy sofa, TV and contemporary kitchen area which is well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a table to enjoy meals. Up the narrow and steep stairs you will find the relaxing double bedroom. At the top of the stairs is the nautical themed shower room with shower, WC and views over the garden towards the sea from the Velux window. This end of terrace property has a surprising garden with feature paths, patios with furniture by the garden room and at the top of the garden where you can listen to the water on its course down the stream towards the sea. Enjoy alfresco dining, a charcoal BBQ and sit by the fire pit relaxing in to the evening in the illuminated garden. There is parking for one car in the village car park just 50 yards away. Please note the property may be more suited to small/medium sized dogs due to the size of the property.
