It has a comfortable double bed with a Smart TV and Netflix. The shower room has a shower and WC and you can dry off with fluffy towels as you plan your day’s activities. The newly added adjoining Shepherd's hut offers an open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with a wood burning fire plus Smart TV with Netflix. The creatively designed kitchen area has a small induction hob, fridge, microwave oven, slow cooker, air fryer, with lovely views towards the stream and rolling countryside.

Between the accommodation is a large decking area, it is the perfect place to enjoy al fresco living. The private hot tub is also waiting for you, alongside a bistro table and chairs with BBQ, and a pair of Adirondack chairs to relax in enjoying the far reaching views, all set within a fenced garden. Private parking for two cars is available at the property. A shared Pump House has a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a bicycle and canoe store is available.
