This delightful property is located in the North Devon countryside and provides an idyllic country retreat, yet within a short car journey from beautiful Woolacombe beach which is renowned for its three-mile stretch of golden sand, facilities and life guards that ensure safe family swimming during the summer months. Further afield, you have the picturesque villages of Saunton, Croyde and Braunton known for their sandy beaches and some of the best surf this country has to offer. During your stay, a visit to Ilfracombe Harbour is a must, boasting an array of cafes, shops and restaurants along the water’s edge as well as a dog friendly beach.

On entering the property, you have the open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining area on your left, where you can relax on the sofas after a long day at the beach. To the right of the lounge area you have the ground floor twin bedroom that can be turned into a double with a zip and link bed and a shower room and WC located next door down a step. Following on from the lounge area you have the well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Heading upstairs from the kitchen/lounge/diner you will find two further bedrooms, a double and a single.

Venture outside and you will find a small private patio area with garden furniture and gas BBQ. You can also enjoy beautiful walks nearby, boasting stunning views of the North Devon rolling countryside. Guests are also able to make use of the on-site tennis court and games room with foosball table and pool table.
