This beachfront property is situated right on the beach at Pevensey Bay and with its quiet, shingle beach, it is ideal for swimming, sailing or a spot of fishing. Just a short drive from the property, or within walking distance, is the village of Pevensey with its striking castle, now an English Heritage site. Further along the coast are the towns of Eastbourne and Bexhill on Sea. The De La Warr Pavilion at Bexhill is now a stylish contemporary art gallery and is not to be missed. For animal lovers, Drusilla s Park at Alfriston offers a great family day out with lemurs, penguins and a family splash park. There are three bedrooms, a king size, a double and a bunk bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. The bathroom has a bath, shower cubicle and WC; there is also a further separate WC. Bi fold doors open from the lounge out to a decked area and beach garden with table, chairs, and a BBQ. A garden gate at the end of the garden gives direct access to the beach. At the front of the property is a driveway with parking for three cars and ample roadside parking for any additional cars.
