Complete with characterful original beams, the ground floor of this property presents a cheerful open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge. Lovingly decorated with a neutral colour scheme, this room is a delightful space to relax early in the morning or late into the night. Tuck into the generous welcome pack on arrival and switch on the coal-effect electric fire to create the cosy ambience this room is ready to offer. Walks to suit all fitness levels are on offer local to the village, including the beautiful National Trust spot of Tarn Hows (2.5 miles) or the more challenging Old Man of Coniston fell (6.5 miles). Close to here you’ll struggle to miss the impressive Coniston Water (3 miles), a great spot for lakeside walks or a steam yacht adventure.
