Delight in a magnificent group stay at this exquisite barn conversion in Devon. Nestled with two other stylish retreats on a scenic 500-acre farm within the picturesque Hartland Devon Heritage Coast, the impressive retreat sleeps ten guests across five bedrooms. Welcoming four-legged friends too, it makes a great option for large parties with dogs in tow. Step inside to discover lovely accommodation that has been creatively converted to offer exceptional comfort and an abundance of rustic charm. Spread out into the large lounge, which presents beautiful original beams and stonework, to play games, watch movies and spend quality time together. Open the French doors in here on warm days or light the wood burner when it is chilly. Gather in the sizeable kitchen/diner to prepare meals on ovens set into a brick and stone inglenook and to gather around the table for holiday feasts. A useful utility room and one of your double bedrooms are also downstairs. Two king-size bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room, and one with a TV, are up on the first floor of the barn, together with two twins, one of which also has a TV. The family bathroom is on the first floor. Congregate around the picnic table for meals out in the fresh air. Cook out on the BBQ, read in the sunshine and take your pets and younger group members to play on a large, shared lawn area. Nestled in beautiful countryside, 13.5 miles from Bude and 17.5 miles from Bideford, the property is ideal for spending time on the coast as well as in the countryside. Pick up the scenic South West Coast Path and follow it for a spell in either direction. Venture 4.5 miles to the picture-postcard Welcombe Mouth Beach or swim from Summerleaze Beach, 14 miles away.
