Located in Primrose Valley area of Filey on the popular Yorkshire Coast with its abundance of long sandy, dog friendly beaches, quaint fishing villages and family attractions. A path from the front door leads down to the beach through open field for a stroll or you can enjoy a round of golf at one of the local courses and not forgetting fish and chips at the seaside of course. There are shops, restaurants and pubs found in Filey centre and the property is also conveniently located next to a popular holiday village. This is a great base to explore what Yorkshire has to offer, take a short drive up on to the North Yorkshire Moors or to the Yorkshire Wolds where you won't be short of walks or cycling routes. Enter into the bright and contemporary home through the hallway where you can shed your muddy boots and clean down your four legged friend before relaxing in the lounge/diner. Put your feet up in front of the electric fire whilst watching TV or simply read a book. This sociable space has a dining table where you can sit down and enjoy a nice meal together, gaze out of the window at the sea views or why not all get involved in a good game. The galley kitchen comes fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and even a washing machine. Each of the bedrooms lead off the hallway, you can choose from two doubles or a twin and they even all have their own TV/DVD so you can catch up on your favourite programmes. There is also the bathroom with electric shower over bath and WC and a separate shower room with shower and WC. Stepping out from the patio doors in the lounge/diner you will find a spacious patio area with seating, and enclosed garden with retractable sun canopy. You can enjoy a BBQ while you listen to the sea and watch the children play on the grass and in the summer house. There is parking on the drive at the front of the property.
