Attached to the owners home yet offering a good degree of seclusion, this contemporary annexe is set in a village location in the heart of the New Forest. Frogham is a peaceful spot surrounded by spectacular countryside where animals roam free. With a pub on offer and a plethora of routes nearby that are ideal for walking and cycling it is the perfect base for a relaxing holiday. Both Ringwood and Fordingbridge are easily accessible from here, where you can enjoy an afternoon exploring a choice of boutique shops and cafes. This picturesque area has an abundance of pretty towns and villages to explore, or why not take a trip to the coast at Milford on Sea or Lymington. From the gravelled parking area a small path leads you around the annexe to the private entrance, which opens into a spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The contemporary kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, fridge and a microwave. Overlooking the garden, this bright and airy room is the ideal spot for relaxing after a long walk in the surrounding forest and offers a TV and DVD. The double bedroom leads off of the lounge area and has an en suite bathroom, with shower over bath and WC. Venturing outside you will find a large private, enclosed lawn with patio, BBQ, garden furniture and a garden shed available for storing your bikes or outdoor equipment. To the front of the property is a gated parking area for 2 cars.
