48994 Ashwater Granary in Beaworthy is a dog friendly holiday cottage.

The property benefits from a great central location meaning that you will be perfectly placed for touring Devon and Cornwall North and South. The ever popular coastal resort of Bude is only 13 miles and from here you can walk out on the South West Coast Path and explore the expansive sandy beaches hidden coves and picturesque fishing villages that the area is famed for. Alternatively stay closer to home and roam the estate on your doorstep and enjoy the nearby nature trails and Forestry Commission woodland. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include Dartmoor National Park Launceston Steam Railway The Eden Project and numerous National Trust Properties. Stepping into the property you are greeted by a spacious lounge which boasts a vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. There is also a wood burner TV DVD a selection of books and games in this room too. From this room one step up takes you to a cosy twin bedroom and also on this level there is a double bedroom and shower room with shower and WC. One further step on this floor then takes you into the master bedroom and this offers a super-king-size bed walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom which features a hand-held shower over roll-top bath and WC. Heading up the stairs you will then find yourself in a beautifully rustic kitchen/diner with beautiful exposed original beams. The kitchen area is compact but well-equipped and offers an electric oven and hob microwave fridge freezer and dishwasher. Handily there is also a washing machine and tumble dryer located outside in the shed. Towards the rear of the property and approached by a flight of steps from the driveway there is a lovely enclosed garden. This offers a gently sloping lawn with brick built BBQ and from this a couple of steps take you up to a spacious patio area with garden furniture. Garden games are provided in the shape of croquet mini golf giant pick-up-sticks and giant Jenga. There is also private parking for 2 cars to the front of the property. Need to know: 3 Bedrooms 1 super king size, 1 double and 1 twin. 1 Bathroom and 1 Shower room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Private hot tub (it is unlikely that the hot tub will be at optimum temperature by the time of arrival due to changing the water). Croquet, mini golf, giant Jenga and giant pick up sticks provided.
