Wadebridge itself is a great shopping town with fine individual boutiques and close by is the cathedral city of Truro The Duchy s capital. A fine location for cyclists and walkers with the close proximity of the scenic Camel Trail. Located near to the ever popular beaches of Rock and Polzeath and conveniently positioned with easy walking access to the town centre. Only a short drive to the towns of Port Isaac famed in the TV series of Doc Martin, Padstow with some great restaurants and the surfing mecca of Polzeath. Attractions in the area include many National Trust properties, Bodmin Steam Railway, Go Karting, The Eden Project and many fabulous local beaches like Bedruthan Steps and Watergate Bay. This reverse level accommodation is designed to make the most of the beautiful views from the living areas. On entering the property you will find the five bedrooms; the first of which a superking size with TV and en suite bathroom with bath, shower and WC. 1 King size with TV and en suite with shower and WC, 1 double with TV and 2 king size zip and link (which can be made into a twin on request) with TV with en suite shower and WC. There is also a separate bathroom with bath, shower and WC on the ground floor. Heading upstairs to the large open plan lounge/ kitchen / diner with beautiful woodburner Smart TV and DVD. The kitchen area is well equipped and includes 1 double and 1 single electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is also a useful utility room with washing machine and fridge / freezer. Stepping outside there guests will enjoy the stunning decking area with hot tub and changing room/bar, garden furniture and BBQ with a further enclosed grassed area.
