Centrally located and close to both the Eden Project and Lanhydrock House in the centre of Cornwall with easy access to both coasts. To the North lies the truly stunning Bodmin Moor perfect walking country and to the south are the coastal towns of Fowey Looe and Charlestown. Close by are the ever popular destinations of Port Isaac famed in the TV show Doc Martin Padstow Polzeath one of the countries surfing hot spots and the lovely village of Rock. For the keen angler in your party try Siblyback and Colliford Lakes or the local Fowey rivers where day passes are available. Attractions include cycling at Cardinham The National Lobster Hatchery Newquay Zoo Karting at St Eval many National Trust properties and a 18 hole golf course in Bodmin. This characterful barn conversion oozes charm and original features with exposed beams and wooden floors throughout. The lounge accessed via a step up and down is a spacious room with three sofas surrounding the open fire and Smart TV/DVD perfect for a cosy night in and a bit of relaxation. From here four steps down lead you to the kitchen/dining room with a large table seating six and a well-equipped kitchen with all you need for cooking up a feast after a day exploring the area. The kitchen comprises of electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. French doors lead from here through to the enclosed garden allowing this to be a great space for entertaining on a summers evening. There is a shower room on the ground floor with WC. Heading upstairs you will find the three bedrooms. 1 king-size accessed via a few steps down and 2 twin rooms. There is a bathroom on this floor with a bath hand held shower attachment and WC. Outside the property benefits from an enclosed garden area with patio garden furniture and BBQ a fantastic area for alfresco dining or just soaking up the warmer evenings. There is an array of facilities onsite including a shared heated outdoor salt water pool (open from beginning of May to end of September) tennis court and boules court. There is also a shared games room for those rainy days with pool table football and darts board. Or why not wander the grounds of the 110 acre site with woodlands and streams. A handy utility room is located near to the accommodation with shared washing machine and tumble dryer. Ample off road parking available.
