There is so much to see and do in this area which is famed for its beautiful walks and excellent sandy beaches, which are ideal for surfing or bathing. Well positioned for touring the area, attractions include Clovelly, with its steep cobbled streets and Bude with its beaches, canal and a good variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. Just slightly further afield are mythical Tintagel, famed for the legends of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, the fishing villages of Boscastle, Port Isaac, Rock, Padstow and the surfing resort of Newquay. Other attractions accessible from here include Hartland Quay, Bodmin Moor and the Eden Project. On entering this stylish and contemporary property you will find yourself in the attractive and bright open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, notable for its high ceiling. You can relax in the comfortable and inviting lounge, complete withSmart TV. The dining area is ideally situated with the contemporary granite breakfast bar helping make a great start to the day. Exploring the cottage further you will find a roomy and comfy double bedroom, complete with en suite wet room with shower and WC. Heading outside, you can relax at the end of a busy day s exploits in the snug elevated lawn area complete with a small patio and seating, which is approached by steps leading from the driveway. There is also an elevated private decked "lookout" accessed via further steps which overlooks the surrounding countryside and with distant views of the sea, perfect for a quiet drink. There is electric car charging available.
