Located just over the River Tamar within easy access of the M5, there is so much to explore within a small radius of the property, from glorious rural scenery to the maritime city of Plymouth. Close by is the pretty village of St Mellion and the Rame Peninsula with its beaches and places to eat and unwind. Just along the coast one can discover the traditional picture postcard resort towns of Looe and Polperro which are great for exploring. Other attractions in the area include St Austell, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Mevagissey, the Roseland Peninsula, Anthony, Monkey Sanctuary, the Adrenalin Quarry, Go Karting, Porfell Wildlife Park, the Eden Project and many National Trust properties.
