An en suite bathroom with bath, basin and loo, a family bathroom with shower over bath, basin and loo, and a downstairs cloakroom with shower, basin and loo. Washing machine, tumble dryer available. PLAY TIME : Large playroom perfect for children, with table tennis, piano and games. Outside you will find a tennis court with a view, great fun for cricket or tennis.
