Ideally situated in the popular area of Porth, this is a perfect destination for families and couples alike. From here you can access the South West Coast Path, which allows you to walk to Watergate Bay, or on towards Padstow. The bustling heart of Newquay is only a short drive or cliff top walk away, famous for its sandy beaches and numerous pubs, shops, restaurants and attractions like Newquay Zoo and Blue Reef Aquarium. Other local attractions include golf courses, The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, and numerous National Trust properties and gardens. On entering this stylish first floor property you will find yourself in the cosy and bright open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. The lounge is inviting and airy, and complete with TV/DVD and patio doors leading out onto the balcony with its lovely views. The kitchen area is well equipped with everything you may need including electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and washing machine. A freezer is located in the adjacent garage. The dining area is great whether you re grabbing a snack or enjoying a meal. Exploring the apartment further, you will discover two cosy bedrooms: one double and one single.
