Drive 4 miles south to the popular town of Falmouth for a day at one of its superb beaches. Visit one of Henry VIII's most magnificent coastal fortresses, Pendennis Castle, or try a spot of sailing. Join the South West Coast Path here and discover the Lizard Heritage Coast, or drive 20 miles out to the famous Lizard Point. Closer to home, there are some lovely walks from the cottage and the Argal Reservoir is only a mile away, offering fishing and picnics by the water.
