This property is situated in the village of Landkey, where visitors will find a pub and a shop with a post office. For those looking for a traditional seaside holiday, there is a choice of lovely beaches within a thirty minute drive of the property, including Westward Ho!, Saunton Sands, and Croyde. Also within easy reach are a range of popular attractions to suit all tastes, including Exmoor Zoo, Broomhill Sculpture Garden, and the National Trust property of Arlington Court. This delightful detached property has a lovely spacious, airy feel throughout, thanks to the light filled rooms and elegant understated styling. The first of two lounge rooms, on the ground floor of the property, is a wonderfully relaxing space, with two deep sofas, a Smart TV, and a large corner fire place with a wood burner. The second lounge provides a quiet, cosy retreat with another wood burner, Smart TV and DVD player. Also located on the ground floor, is the large kitchen/diner, more than just a place to prepare food, this is also a great place to gather around the table and plan the day s sightseeing, as well as enjoying family meals. The kitchen offers everything guests will need to prepare their favourite dishes, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, whilst the washing machine is kept in the handy utility room, located outside the main part of the house, which also has a WC. Doors from the kitchen/diner lead out to decked patio. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, the first of which is good sized king size room which benefits from an en suite shower with WC. The two further bedrooms are a double room and a twin. The bathroom, also situated on the first floor, offers a bath, shower, and WC. Outside, patio doors lead from the kitchen/area to the decked area with seating, sun loungers, and a BBQ, beyond which a generously sized lawn area has a sunken trampoline, and a charming treehouse.
