The ground floor boasts two separate lounge areas, both with charming wood burners for toasty winter nights. The large kitchen/diner is full of light, with space for the whole family to enjoy a leisurely breakfast. The bright family bathroom has a bath for luxurious soaks after long blustery walks in the countryside, or when the sun's out, sun loungers and a BBQ call from the decked area outside. Enjoy evenings here on in the summerhouse, before retiring to comfortable bedrooms upstairs to switch-off. With a wealth of beaches along the North Devon coastline you really are spoilt for choice. The golden sands and fantastic waves of Croyde Bay are just 14 miles from the property – relax on the beach or take part in a surf lesson. Westward Ho! with its unique pebble ridge can be found 13 miles away. For animal lovers of all ages, the fantastic Exmoor Zoo is just a 10-mile drive from the property and has an array of animals and reptiles to meet. For all your amenities as well as fantastic eateries, shops and attraction, the market town of Barnstaple is only a convenient 3.5 miles away.
