This property enjoys a fantastic location just a short walk from Wells city centre. Despite being known as England s smallest city there is plenty to delight visitors to Wells not least the city s stunning cathedral. There is a good range of independent shops in the town which make it a lovely place to spend an afternoon browsing and sampling the food in the local eateries including the well-regarded gastro pub which guests will find just 200 yards from the property s front door. Further afield but still within easy reach local attractions include Wookey Hole Caves Cheddar Gorge historic Glastonbury and the discount shopping village at Street. Coming through the front door of this attractive period property guests take one step down to enter the cosy lounge. It is easy to relax here with the tasteful muted colours two comfortable sofas warming flame-effect electric fire TV DVD and hi-fi making it the perfect space to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. The kitchen/diner just across the hallway from the lounge has a table seating four and is equipped with an oven hob microwave fridge freezer and washing machine. Stairs lead from the kitchen to the first-floor accommodation where there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom is a pretty double room with a beamed ceiling whilst the other room is a restful single room. The bathroom also located on the first floor has a shower-over-bath and WC.
