This stunning detached property provides a stylish living experience and is situated in a highly desirable location in North Cornwall, near to many fine beaches and coves on the popular North Cornish Coast. Nestled in to the Cornish countryside in the village of Egloshayle, which is an area dominated by the River Camel, this is also an ideal location for cyclists and walkers with the close proximity of the scenic Camel Trail. Take a short drive to Padstow with its trendy restaurants and bustling harbour, spend the day in the surfing mecca of Polzeath or visit Port Isaac, famed in the TV series of Doc Martin. Wadebridge which adjoins Egloshayle is a great shopping town with fine individual boutiques or take a trip to the cathedral city of Truro, the Duchy's capital. Attractions in the area include many National Trust properties, Bodmin Moor, Bodmin Steam Railway, Go Karting, The Eden Project and many fabulous local beaches like Bedruthan Steps and Watergate Bay. Once inside the property you will find a welcoming lounge area complete with a cosy wood burner as well as a Smart TV with Netflix, perfect for settling down in front of after a busy day. There are a further three bedrooms upstairs, one spacious double bedroom with a Juliet balcony and views over the fields and river, and one bunk bedroom with an additional pull out single. Also on the first floor is a bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Guests can enjoy the enclosed garden complete with a lawn area, a patio, BBQ and plenty of room around the outdoor tables and seating, ideal for al fresco dining. There is also ample off road parking available.
