The market town of Chard in Somerset is a short drive from the property and other attractions nearby include Forde Abbey, Charmouth Heritage Coast Centre and Axe Valley Bird and Animal Park. Chardstock also has an annual street fair and tractor trundle. Lyme Regis and the Jurassic coast are just a short drive away, a great day out for keen fossil hunters and beach lovers.
