This property benefits from a quiet rural location, just three miles from the town of South Molton, where a range of shops sits alongside more unusual attractions, including a chocolate factory and the Quince Honey Farm, where visitors can get a close look at the lives of honey bees, as well as sample their delicious produce. Seven miles north of the property is Exmoor National Parks with its miles of scenic walks and cycle ways which lead right up to the Atlantic Coast and into neighbouring Somerset. For many, a trip to the West Country would be incomplete without a trip to the seaside, and there are several lovely sandy beaches around a thirty five minute drive away, including those at Westward Ho! and Saunton Sands. This former stable has been lovingly converted to provide comfortable accommodation in the Devonshire countryside. The lounge, with its coal effect electric fire, comfortable sofas, and TV/DVD offers a nice relaxing space in which to unwind after a long drive, or a busy day of sightseeing.
