This refurbished barn completed in 2017 is set in a peaceful spot with connections dating back to the Pilgrim Fathers. Ideally placed, only a 5 mile drive to both Barnstaple and Bideford.

A superb spot with lots to see and do nearby. Ideal for couples and small families having the use of a lawn garden and after a day exploring it s great for children to let off steam on the shared play equipment. There are lots to see and do nearby; plenty of pretty walks, the disused railway line called The Tarka Trail where you can hire bikes and trikes for all ages rest a while and enjoy a drink or bite to eat at one of the many pubs along the trail. Other activities include paintballing within walking distance and golf which is nearby. Family theme parks such as The Milky Way and The Big sheep are always popular. On entering the front door, you are greeted by an impressive open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with wooden flooring, a warm and welcoming wood burner where a basket of logs is provided. Get comfortable on the leather sofa and watch the TV or catch a movie on the DVD player, alternatively listen to your own choice of music on the music system. Heading outside from the lounge, there are 6 steps down to access your own garden area with garden furniture, summerhouse, BBQ and play equipment of a swing and trampoline. There is an alternative route without steps if required. At the front of the property is a bench where you can sit and enjoy the morning sun. There is ample off road parking for two cars, with a 32A Type 2 electric vehicle charge point.
