Close to the South West Coast Path which runs along the rear of the property, allowing guests to walk or cycle to the nearby town of Bideford to the south, or the village of Appledore to the north. Also within close proximity of the apartment, all within a five minute drive, are the seaside town of Westward Ho! with its two mile wide beach, the village of Instow with its yacht club, The big Sheep family fun park, and Northam Burrows Country Park.
