Situated in a convenient spot on the outskirts of Torquay this cute apartment nestles in a quiet residential road adjoining the owner's own home, yet, assuring you of privacy. Guests will be spoilt for choice for things to see and do in the area. Ideally placed for exploring and sampling all that this beautiful area has to offer including the nearby shopping arcade with cafes, stroll a little further to Babbacombe Downs which is great for walkers, alternatively, take a ride on the cliff railway. Torquay Marina and harbour, Living Coasts and Torquay's coastal zoo. Further afield within driving distance are Brixham, a small fishing town, Exeter with its shopping centre and Dartmouth. Upon entering the private gated courtyard area, the level patio provides direct access to the single storey annexe. The front door leads into a welcoming and a contemporary fitted kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave and small fridge with ice compartment. One step down you will enter into the open plan lounge/diner. This bright and airy room is the ideal spot for relaxing after a day out exploring. There is a sofa and an additional sofa bed, Smart TV and French doors opening out onto the enclosed patio garden area. The double sized bedroom leads off the lounge area and looks out on to the private patio area. The shower room with shower and WC also leads off the lounge area. Outside there is an enclosed patio area with garden furniture.
