Nestled along the picturesque North Cornwall coastline, this home provides guests with easy access to a fabulous array of rugged coastline walks and countryside hikes. Scenic walking trails and beauty spots include Bodmin Moor (2.5 miles) and the well renowned South West Coast Path which will provide walkers with some truly breathtaking sights. Guests can hop on the trail at just about anywhere along the coast but why not make a day of it and visit some historic fishing villages along the way? Quaint coastal villages nearby include Port Isaac (13 miles), Boscastle (5.8 miles) and Tintagel (7.5 miles), famed for the legends of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table. Tamar Lakes (20 miles) is another popular attraction with a choice of water sports to try. On entering the contemporary, stylish, single storey property, you are met with a small porch which provides the perfect space to hang coats and kick off walking boots after a day on the trails. Step up into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, make yourself comfortable on the cushy seating provided in front of the wood burner effect electric fire, and watch your favourite programmes on the Smart TV. The sleek and modern kitchen area is well equipped and there is an elegant dining area. Heading through to the master bedroom guests will be met with a king size bed tastefully dressed and with Cornish inspired artwork on the walls. The elegantly arranged second bedroom provides wardrobe space and a single bed. Finally, completing the interior accommodation is the beautiful, modern family shower room with a walk in shower. You can make your way to the rear, enclosed patio area from the kitchen, and here guests will find outdoor seating and a BBQ where you can enjoy tucking into an evening meal. Guests also have shared use of the tennis court.
