Located in the small coastal village of Porthtowan, this apartment is a short walk from one of the UK s top surfing spots. While exploring the rock pools and following the coastal path, look out for the occasional dolphin, seal and basking shark that call these waters home. Once you have finished investigating the local area, venture a little further afield to some of Cornwall s most popular attractions, which include The Eden Project, Land s End, Padstow and St. Ives. Inside, this contemporary apartment offers sociable open plan living. In the modern kitchen area, you will find everything you need to cook up a meal with the local produce available: a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Dine at the round table and chairs before sinking into the comfortable leather sofas to spend the evening watching the TV/DVD. There are two bedrooms in this apartment, one a double bedroom with TV and en suite shower room, and the other a twin. Both bedrooms are light and bright with a coastal theme, while the second shower room, with WC, is close by for convenience. Patio doors open from the lounge area onto an enclosed patio area. With a café style table and chairs and a rattan sofa, this is a peaceful suntrap for enjoying al fresco meals and drinks.
