Alternatively, head towards the world renowned Jurassic Coast and visit the seaside towns of Beer and Lyme Regis, both within an 8 mile drive, or spend an afternoon exploring the Axe Estuary Nature Reserve. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include Abbotsbury Swannery (24 miles), Bicton Park (18 miles), the cathedral city of Exeter (23 miles) and numerous National Trust properties.
