Approached via a quiet residential street the property offers luxury accommodation and is a perfect base from which to explore the North Norfolk coast. Set within the coastal town of Cromer a bustling seaside town with the end of the pier show, shops, restaurants and pubs. Other attractions within very easy reach of Cromer are Amazona Zoo, Sheringham, home to the North Norfolk Steam Railway from where you can take a steam train to the ever popular town of Holt. National Trust properties include Felbrigg and Blickling Halls and Sheringham Country Park. Coastal foot paths wind along the coast along with the popular Coastal Hopper Bus.
