It’s right in the heart of pretty Fowey, placing you perfectly for soaking up the atmosphere of this bustling sailing town, where narrow streets are lined with independent shops, restaurants, cafes and traditional pubs, all within 20 metres of your front door. Spend your days exploring the stunning Fowey Estuary, whether that’s kayaking on the water, setting sail or enjoying scenic walks with breathtaking views. Beach lovers can head straight to Readymoney Cove (0.5 miles), while Menabilly, Polkerris and Par (all within 4 miles) are other fab options for golden sands. Hop on the foot ferry across to Polruan (4 miles) or venture upstream to Bodinnick (1 mile) for a change of scenery. Further afield, Lanhydrock House, a Victorian country house (10 miles), makes a fab afternoon out.


On arrival, enter the warm and inviting open-plan living space that combines the lounge, kitchen and dining area. At the heart of the room is the ornamental wood burner and there’s a leather sofa and Smart TV for unwinding. The French-style door leads out onto the spacious deck, creating a lovely indoor-outdoor flow. The kitchen, with crisp white units, is ideal for preparing holiday meals to be enjoyed at the wooden table. When it’s time to turn in, head up to the beautifully styled bedroom with elegant furnishings, including a Laura Ashley double bed, along with a decorative cast iron fireplace. In the morning, freshen up in the contemporary shower room, featuring a large shower with body jets and a Velux roof light for plenty of natural light.


Outside, you’ll love chilling out in the newly landscaped private garden. You’ll have a raised, south-facing decking area complete with furniture for al fresco dining – the perfect place to sit back and enjoy spectacular sunsets after a day exploring. There’s no parking on-site, but there is a pull in just past the front door where you can unload before using the town’s main car park, 0.5 miles away.
