Enjoying a great location tucked away within the village of Broadway s upper High street, this charming period cottage has been tastefully renovated and features beamed ceilings, large inglenook, and mullioned windows, all adding to the charm of a stay in the Cotswolds. Its central location makes it an ideal base for exploring The Cotswolds and Worcestershire. The famous Broadway Tower is a short drive from the property or why not put your walking boots on and explore The Cotswold Way which is also great for cycling. For enthusiastic gardeners there is Batsford Arboretum and garden centre or maybe a visit to Daylesford farm shop and restaurant which is a short drive together with Stow on the Wold, Moreton in Marsh and Bourton on the Water. Further afield you will find Stratford upon Avon with its Shakespeare Theatre and horse racing, Regency Cheltenham famous for the Gold Cup festival and many other festivals throughout the year including Food, Literature and Jazz. Broadway Railway has now opened after 58 years (please check events and availability). When entering of the property off the lower end of the High Street you will be greeted with a lounge/diner benefiting from original features with seating area, TV and DVD player and dining table. The property has a well equipped Kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. Also, on the ground floor you will find 1 twin zip and link (which can be made up as a king size at request at the time of booking) with TV and patio doors leading to enclosed courtyard, this room is accessed by 6 steps. Upstairs you will find a double room with TVs and the Bathroom has a shower over bath and WC, there is also a separate WC on the ground floor. There is also an additional snug room upstairs.
2 bedrooms, 1 double with TV s and 1 twin zip and link which can be made up as a king upon request at booking. Super king size zip link is on the first floor leading to enclosed courtyard which will be made as a twin on request (room is accessed by 6 steps). Bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Separate WC on ground floor. Additional Snug room upstairs with sofa and TV. TV and DVD Player. Well equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob,fridge/freezer,washing machine and microwave. Welcome pack. Walled courtyard garden with seating. Parking available for 1 car located in nearby carpark additional parking charges apply, 35 for the week payable directly to the owner on arrival.. Not suitable to charge electric cars at the property. Shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Can be booked alongside Broadway Cottage (BROAD) which is next door to the property, accommodating up to 6 guests across both properties.
