Stroll 0.5 miles to the shores of Windermere. Head out from here on foot to find shops and eateries too. From the jetty, 1 mile away, you can step aboard a cruise that will take you out onto the water to admire the scenery. You can also hire rowing and motor boats.

Return from your exciting trips out to step into the cottage and find yourselves in the cosy lounge/diner.
