The property is just a short walk from the centre of Holt, a thriving and historic town with a wealth of independent shops, boutiques, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The tranquil Holt Country Park is just a mile away, providing peaceful woodland walks in gorgeous surroundings. For a day by the sea, you can take a steam train trip via the North Norfolk Railway to the picturesque seaside town of Sheringham (7 miles), with the popular resort of Cromer a little further east (10 miles). The area has a range of popular attractions including Pensthorpe, Baconsthorpe Castle and Hindringham Hall Gardens, all within 12 miles.

With a Smart TV and comfortable seating, the lounge also has a feature fireplace and an imposing original timber beam. To one side, the sociable dining table is a perfect for getting together for a fantastic family meal. Heading through, the light and airy kitchen has an additional dining table as well as a wealth of useful equipment to help you prepare your favourite dishes. The ground floor also has a WC and a handy utility room with a washing machine. Heading upstairs, you will find a relaxing bathroom and a choice of three bright and airy bedrooms: a cheery twin, a stylish king-size room and a snug single with a raised bunk-style bed ideal for a young child.
The enclosed rear courtyard can be reached via an alleyway or from the kitchen. Featuring plenty of garden furniture, this is a delightful spot for a morning coffee or for sitting back in the evening and dining alfresco. Subject to availability, parking can be found in the convenient Albert Street car park, a short walk from the cottage. On street parking opposite the cottage is unrestricted on Sundays.
