The charming boating lake is less than a quarter of a mile to the south, while the stunning beach is roughly the same distance to the north, with 3 miles of tranquil golden sands. Perranporth is located at the northern point of the breathtaking St Agnes Heritage Coast, which heads south-west to the beautiful Porthtowan Beach (6 miles). Heading north along the coast, the vibrant resort of Newquay is famous for its nightlife (8.5 miles), while attractions inland include Lappa Valley, Penrose Water Gardens and Cornwall Gold, all within 11 miles.


Entering this stunning property, you will be greeted by the fresh and light-filled conservatory, which leads through to a spacious lounge with a Smart TV and ample sumptuous seating. An elegant dining area sits over by the characterful bay windows, perfect for a special family meal, prepared in the thoughtfully arranged, fully equipped kitchen, which has plenty of storage and workspace. This floor also features a stylish shower room and the first of the property’s five lovely bedrooms: a cosy bunk room. Stairs lead up to the first floor, where you will find the remaining four bedrooms: a charming twin, another characterful bunk bedroom, and two lovely king-size rooms. Each king-size room has a Juliet balcony, and one has an en-suite bathroom with a chic corner jet spa bath, and the other has an en-suite WC.


Heading outside, the cheerful garden is enclosed by stone walling and has a pretty lawn area, a patio and plenty of outdoor furniture, offering an ideal spot for dining alfresco on a sunny afternoon. A gate leads to the parking spaces for two cars.
