Access to the beautiful Broads (1 mile) is just a 5 minute drive, perfect for those who love water, walking or cycling. Potter Heigham is a 7-minute drive away (4 miles), where you can book a day cruiser to take out along the waterways. Head to Winterton (4.5 miles), to swim in the sea, picnic on the sand or watch colonies of seals lolling on the sand with their pups in the winter months. Great Yarmouth provides all the fun of a traditional British seaside experience, while the local Broadland villages and their dog friendly beaches offer a more picturesque and tranquil experience.

Upstairs, you’ll find the bedrooms: the master king-size with an en-suite shower room, a double under the eaves, and a third bedroom, which features a single trundle bed, which can be made up into two singles or a king-size on request. The family bathroom, which has a large shower and WC, completes this floor.
