This high-quality escape is a handsome barn conversion on the edge of a horticultural nursery. Suitable for large families or groups of friends, it offers plenty to do without leaving home, but is also well located for activities of all kinds nearby. Pershore, 1 miles away, is a charming market town renowned for its Georgian architecture, splendid abbey and independent boutiques. Visit Evesham (7 miles), and tour the ruined abbey and medieval monastery, or get on the water in a boat or a dragon pedalo. You could spend time in the great outdoors, walking or cycling the network of local trails or fishing on the River Avon (0.5 miles). For stunning views, walk to the top of Bredon Hill, 4 miles, or explore the Malvern Hills, 13 miles. The beautiful village of Broadway, the gateway to the Cotswolds, is 12.5 miles away, while both Stratford-upon-Avon and Cheltenham are within 21 miles. Enter this impressive property via the utility room, where you can hang up coats, leave boots and store any bulky supplies. From here, stroll through to the generous, open-plan space, which has been cleverly divided with tasteful, high-quality furnishings.
