A cosy holiday retreat for up to four guests, this delightful ground-floor apartment lies in a quiet spot just half a mile from the heart of Tetbury. This historic and characterful Cotswold town is known for its 17th-century market hall, with winding streets lined with an array of independent stores, to include the renown Highgrove shop, antiques shops, and an array of eateries ranging from four-star hotels to traditional fish and chips. Popular local attractions include the stunning Chavenage House, a beautifully preserved Elizabethan manor, which is just outside town to the northwest (1.5 miles), and the idyllic woodlands of Westonbirt, the National Arboretum (4 miles) to the southwest. Heading east, the popular Cotswold Lakes (15 miles) offer a wide range of activities including fishing, clay shooting, paintball, horse riding and a wide range of water sports. Nature spotters can venture west to the stunning Slimbridge Wetland Centre on the River Severn (15 miles). Entering this welcoming apartment, you will be greeted by the bright, fresh and airy open-plan lounge/diner with natural light streaming in through the large bay windows. The snug lounge area has comfortable seating and a Smart TV, with the dining area to the rear, perfect for enjoying a family meal together after a fantastic day out. A hallway leads through the apartment to the kitchen, which is fully equipped and thoughtfully organised, with ample storage and workspace. When it's time to turn in for the night, you will have a choice of two generously sized bedrooms.
