Heading east, the popular Cotswold Lakes (15 miles) offer a wide range of activities including fishing, clay shooting, paintball, horse riding and a wide range of water sports. Nature spotters can venture west to the stunning Slimbridge Wetland Centre on the River Severn (15 miles).
