There are beautiful walks into the countryside from the doorstep towards Toot Hill and Clatythorpe with its wildfowl gardens and mill, just 2.5 miles away. The nearby Hubbard's Hill Country Park is perfect for family days out, offering plenty of natural landscapes to explore, and the Wolds are less than 10 miles away. The beautiful Lincolnshire beaches also beckon, with the traditional seaside town and golden sands of Mablethorpe only 6.5 miles away, and the popular family destination of Huttoft Beach only 10 miles away. Here, you can park on the beach for picnics, walk, and seek out a cosy cafe. This delightful property, set over two levels, welcomes you warmly as soon as you step into the entrance hall. Pause at the bench and coat storage to take off shoes and coats after a countryside walk or a day at the beach, perfect for families and dog walkers.
