Offering stylish accommodation for up to four guests, this delightful hideaway is part of a complex of five properties set in a tranquil part of Norfolk. The bright and inviting retreat lies along the banks of the River Ant, with a dinghy available for discovering the area's countryside. The village of Smallburgh is 1.5 miles west, and the cheerful town of Stalham lies 2 miles to the east. Barton Turf Adventure Centre (3 miles) sits on the northern bank of Barton Broad, an idyllic spot for sailing and watching wildlife. Other popular attractions include Wroxham Barns, Bure Marshes National Nature Reserve, St Benet's Abbey, and Hickling Broad (within 11 miles). Within 15 miles are the seaside resorts of Mundesley, Caister-on-Sea, and Happisburgh. Visit the award-winning pier at Cromer (16 miles), visit Wroxham, known as the capital of the Norfolk Broads (6 miles), or go seal-spotting at Horsey Gap (9.5 miles). Entering this welcoming holiday home, you will be greeted by the airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, a great space for everyone to unwind in. The colourful lounge has a Smart TV and comfortable seating, with a cheerful dining table over in the corner. To the rear, the fully equipped kitchen area has plenty of storage and workspace so you can prepare a family feast. The refreshing family bathroom is also on the ground floor. Heading upstairs, you will find two cheerful, bright and relaxing bedrooms: a cosy double and a lovely twin. The first floor also has a handy WC. Heading outside, there's a shared courtyard to the front of the property and a private riverside patio to the rear. Featuring ample garden furniture, this is an ideal spot for sitting out to dine alfresco or for perching by the river fishing. There is a mooring for a small boat available if required, and you will also have access to gym equipment, a heated indoor pool and a sauna, which are shared with the four other properties on-site. Private parking is available for two cars.
