From Porth Meudwy (2 miles), you can board a boat to visit the wildlife haven of Bardsey Island. From the property, take day trips to the idyllic beach at Traeth Porthor (1.5 miles), known for its ‘whistling sands’, the bustling market town of Pwllheli (17 miles), and the surfing hotspot of Porth Neigwl (13 miles). You’ll also be just 4.5 miles from the National Trust’s Plas yn Rhiw.

After dinner, get comfortable on the plump, L-shaped sofa to read your book or watch a film on the Smart TV. In summer months, open the glass doors to the terrace for indoor/outdoor living, or in winter, fire up the super stylish bio ethanol hanging fireplace. When it’s time for bed, choose from one of two beautifully styled bedrooms, both of which are in keeping with the botanic/woodland theme that runs throughout the property. The two bedrooms – a king-size and a twin – have contemporary en-suite shower rooms.
