Located within the 40-acre Steeple Woodland Nature Reserve, you will find walking routes right on the doorstep leading through enchanted woods. The stunning, seaside resort of Carbis Bay (1 mile) has a glorious stretch of sandy shoreline and is full to the brim with delicious eateries and an eclectic mix of shops. Within walking distance, water sports fans, art enthusiasts, and foodies will find something to whet their appetite at St Ives (1.5 miles), while long walks can be enjoyed along the scenic South West Coast Path.

Leave the car in the private parking space provided, then step inside into this characterful property. Gillyflower Cottage is a traditional granite terraced cottage huddled amongst trees and other cottages. The lounge features a beamed ceiling, exposed stone walls and a feature fireplace which houses a wood burner. A four-seater dining table is also situated in here where you can eat together and make your daily plans. The practical kitchen is plenty big enough for cooking up delicious meals. When you are ready for some shuteye, climb the stairs to the first floor where you will find the two bedrooms – a king-size with views across the garden and a twin – and a family bathroom.

Outside, via the back door from the kitchen, is a lovely cottage-style garden which is fully enclosed. Kick back and relax on the patio furniture or alight the outdoor stairs to the open lawn area. Perfect for simple mornings preparing for the day, or evening meals as the sun sets. Please note the staircase is open children must be supervised. Please note children must also be supervised in the garden due to drop from lawn to patio.
